Review Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or store credit. After this period, no requests will be accepted.
Available Options
- Product Exchange: You may request an exchange for another item available in our store, subject to availability.
- Store Credit: We issue store credits valid for 6 months from the date of issue, applicable to any product in our store.
Cash Refunds
Monetary refunds are approved only under exceptional circumstances, at Milée's discretion. These include cases such as manufacturing defects, shipping errors on our part, or other situations that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
General Conditions
For your request to be valid, the item must:
- Be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Include all original tags.
- Be shipped in its original or equivalent packaging.
